Why drinking lemon/lime water is a win!

I wanted to do a quick post about something I have been doing lately that has changed the game. I have implemented drinking lime or lemon water daily! I feel amazing and I wanted to share with you some benefits so that you feel amazing as well. 

 

I drink lime water first thing in the morning before I eat or drink anything at all and I also drink it in the afternoons.

  •  It helps combat against bacteria in your mouth.
